Our New B2B Division: A Letter From our President

2 Min Read
Rachel Weir

I joined Corra as a Director of Sales in 2013. Now, as President, almost seven years later, I’m incredibly proud of the teams I oversee that truly live and breathe exceptional commerce. Originating from a background rooted in technology, we’ve since expanded into a holistic agency providing 360° solutions across CX Design, Creative, Technical SEO, Revenue Optimization, Digital Strategy and more. Our reputation as the most certified Magento 2 agency (110+ Magento 2 certifications and counting) has allowed us to continue attracting top engineering talent, deepen our expertise and develop one-of-a-kind custom solutions.

Corra has been known for our diverse roster of enterprise B2C clients spanning fashion, beauty, wellness, publishing, food and beverage, home improvement, music and much more. But we also have a track record of complex B2B builds.

We recognize B2B merchants come with their own set of unique challenges and requirements. So it was important to us that we formally introduce a separate division specializing in business-to-business ecommerce – our new B2B division, IN-DSTRY.

The launch of IN-DSTRY comes at a pivotal time as the line between B2B and B2C customer expectations become increasingly blurred. 50% of B2B searches are made on mobile and B2B buyers are demanding easy repeat ordering, a faster checkout, flexible payment methods, and personalized buying funnels. In other words, they want a streamlined experience that can be completed entirely online in a few clicks and scrolls.

Our combination of engineering mastery, creative capabilities and unparalleled customer experience strategists uniquely position Corra to address these needs.

B2B merchants are more ready than ever to migrate from legacy systems to flexible ecommerce architectures. IN-DSTRY will be entirely dedicated to helping these merchants navigate the opportunities of digital transformation with a roadmap that guides them through the process, aligning their vision with consumer expectations.

If you want to learn more about IN-DSTRY, our exciting new chapter dedicated solely to B2B merchants, you can continue reading here. Or feel free to reach out directly and I am happy to connect you with a Corra representative that can provide more information.

Sincerely,

Rachel Weir, President at Corra
