Historically held in Southern California, moving eTail West to Texas had no effect on attendance and insights at all. Packed with over 130 presentations from March 3-6, ecommerce industry leaders gathered in San Antonio to share insights and success stories about how retailers can improve their online and omni-commerce businesses.
Presenters included Lenovo, sharing that their visitors are 230% more likely to buy after viewing video, and PetCo, maintaining that “Omnichannel is not all about technology. It’s about organizational transformation at all levels.”
Fashion and apparel brands also made a show, with brands like BCBG Max Azria encouraging attendees to “Just do it and try all of it” and TOMS advising to “be everywhere and aware of context, be human and social, listen, deliver value, empower and inspire action.”
