The Benefits of Being a Global Agency
2 Min Read
This year Corra celebrates its 15th anniversary, and here in the London office, we’re excited to share in the celebrations. These many years of experience have resulted in a global mentality that deeply benefits our team in the UK, as well as our clients worldwide.
Having worked in the Magento space for several years prior to joining this team, I was acutely aware of Corra’s reputation as a leader in the Magento ecosystem. Corra is known for trailblazing as a Magento Beta partner on Magento 2, creating the Magento 1 Madison Island theme, and offering the design and UX expertise that place us head and shoulders above the competition. Our creative and technology services are world-class, and each can compete in their own right. These elements come together for our clients to deliver what is ultimately a vastly superior product. Today, we have implemented more technically complex Magento 2 projects than any other agency. Of course all this is good on paper, but I admit that early on I did wonder what it would look like in practice, especially as the leader of our UK outpost.
Happily, I’ve come to see that the expertise Corra has gained over the years helped to develop a truly global team that can deliver quality craftsmanship for clients anywhere, in any time zone. Since the company was founded with offices around the world, the systems and processes in place for managing a global company have evolved and been perfected. The London office is a testament to this, as we form an integral part of a well-oiled machine. Our project team can work with designers in New York, UX specialists in LA, a Technical Lead in New Jersey and Development resources in India without missing a step, providing our clients with top tier resources around the globe.
Providing this unparalleled level of customer service is what being a global agency is all about for us. One UK-based fashion client has expressed to me that Corra’s ability to support them through tough times has been exceptional, as we worked around the clock to provide smooth handovers to different team members in different time zones to deliver a quick resolution.
We work with customers around the world, from Manchester to Paris, Malaysia to Brazil, Mexico to the United States. The key to this success is ultimately employing the right people and developing a culture in which they can thrive, and this is something which we remain focussed on. The past 15 years of Corra’s history have lead to a truly global outlook, and we look forward to bringing this to even more clients in the UK and Europe.
