As the digital landscape is quickly evolving to meet the demands of online shoppers, brands and retailers need more than just to know about the ever-increasing industry standards, they need sound strategies to keep up with them. A recent survey by Webmarketing 123 shows the top challenges, goals and plans for 2014. One statistic that really stood out to us was this– 75% of marketers plan on investing more in mobile in 2014. Considering that 56% of American adults own smart phones (Pew), and 4 out of 5 smart phone owners use their devices to shop (comScore), preparing a mobile strategy is a “smart” way to go.
