Best Places to Work in NYC recognizes companies that have gone beyond the pale to to create a workplace where employees are collegial, inspired by their work, empowered to take initiative and get credit where credit is due. Honorees are selected after undergoing an intensive two-part company assessment. In part one, the employer completes an extensive questionnaire about its policies and benefits, and in part two, the company’s employees complete a survey about their engagement and satisfaction. This combined data allows the contest administrators to rank the strengths and opportunities of the participating companies.

Out the top 100 companies on Crain’s short list (which included esteemed companies like AOL, Droga5, Buzzfeed, and DoSomething.org), Corra ranked #74.

We are extremely proud of the work environment we’ve created and the culture of innovation and creativity that attracts top talent and keeps our employees happy and motivated. Among our our employee benefits, Crain’s highlighted our (a) flexible scheduling and work-from-home options; (b) employer-paid health benefits; (c) a 6% annual match on employee 401k contributions.
