Corra Builds South American Home Goods Legend, Casaideas, A Headless Ecommerce Experience

Corra

People all over the world love lightning fast and immersive ecommerce experiences, which is why Corra is thrilled to share Casaidea’s new Pylot PWA website!

Casaideas is an iconic South American brand offering home goods and lifestyle products. Founded in 1993, Casaideas has grown into a depended upon and beloved hub for fantastic in-store experiences and family friendly home and garden products. Casaideas is headquartered in Chile but has since expanded their stores to Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Mexico.

Casaideas partnered with Corra to bring their one-of-a-kind shopping experience into the ecommerce world. Not only did Corra build a website with the spirit and energy of Casaideas, but we built them a truly state of the art, technologically sophisticated ecommerce store.

Using our Pylot framework, Corra built Casaideas a headless PWA website platformed on Adobe Commerce that is incredibly fast, user-friendly, and a driver of revenue. With Pylot, we were able to compose a website perfectly suited to Casaidea’s specific needs. We implemented a regionalization function to make a dynamic and responsive location-based experience. Our team of developers put in a robust mega-menu to facilitate easy navigation of Casaidea’s huge product inventory as well as extensive product listing pages to optimize organization and searchability of products. There is also a store locator feature so that loyal customers can make visits to stores whenever they’re near.

The project was worked on through the pandemic, and despite all the challenges that presented, the Corra team was able to make it to Chile to work in-person with the Casaidea’s team. This project spanned continents and different languages and ended with a functionally elegant ecommerce experience.

This website build was a genuine joy for Corra to be a part of, and the end product expresses that and more. Visit casaideas.cl if you’re curious about just how fast a website can be. Visit our website to learn about other exciting projects recently completed!
