PMP-certified Business Analyst at Corra

< 1 Min Read

We’re pleased to announce that Priti Surana, MBA, one of our Business Analysts, is now a certified Project Management Professional (yay Priti!).

While Business Analysis and Project Management typically work together throughout the project process (a key reason for our high quality projects), they’re really two distinct disciplines. BAs sweat the requirement details, while PMs keep all the moving parts in line (and on budget). Despite our best efforts to keep the two separate (…but equal!), Priti had to go and muddy the waters with a dual specialization.

Congratulations, Priti!

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is issued by PMI (Project Management Institute) which is the leading global certification body for project management professionals. PMP certification requires 4,500 hours leading and directing projects, 35 hours project management education, as well as an intense exam used to demonstrate experience and leadership abilities.
