Insights from eTail West, Days 1 + 2

eTail West 2015 is in full swing! Held this year in sunny Palm Springs from February 17—20, the conference provides retailer executives with four days of inspiration, business solutions, networking, and actionable takeaways.

Among the many topics touched on during Day 1 and Day 2, we found that retailers were especially excited by mobile and omni-channel commerce as well as by customer analytics and big data.  The following is a quick look at what everyone was buzzing about:

1. 65% of retail sales begin on a smart phone (source)
