Corra launches The Cover Store on Magento 2

< 1 Min Read

The Cover Store is the premier web-based retailer of outdoor and patio furniture covers, as well as vehicle and indoor covers. After partnering with Corra, The Cover Store launched a complete site redesign while migrating from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Together with The Cover Store team, Corra completed Magento development, user experience, visual design, and strategic services.

The Cover Store PDP

One of the challenges we faced was determining how to display the many pieces of content on PDP pages. Corra performed A/B testing to determine the level of content to expose on PDPs, as well as user testing to inform the new navigation, and used those metrics to influence the design and strategy of the new site.

The newly launched site is heavily customized and features different templates for each category, filters with landing pages, and a streamlined user experience that guides the shopper. New options like “Find Cover by Dimension” and content sections like “Tips for Choosing the Best Cover” add to this experience. We are extremely proud of our partnership with the Cover Store, and are very excited for the future success of their site.
