Your 5-Minute-Guide to Headless Commerce

Adobe’s whitepaper is all about getting on today’s consumers wavelength the demand for blazing fast mobile experiences, the ability to purchase via voice, visual search, and on any device imaginable. This requires merchants to get outside of their comfort zone and experiment with emerging technologies such as Headless/PWA, AI, AR, and voice.

On page 15, Corra’s partner Nosto highlights consumer’s growing interest in visual search. According to Forbes, “Data shows that 62% of Millennials want the ability to use visual search over any other technology.”

Voice takes the friction out of the customer experience. Are they thinking about the product on the bus? Or while walking home from work? Or in the kitchen while cooking? Voice is a way to be where customers are when they are thinking of you.
