Analyzing more than 1,000 shoppers in their recent study, Walker Sands put together an infographic to reveal evolving trends in consumer behavior.  Not only does the infographic uncover what consumers want in an multi-channel shopping experience, it shows how brands and retailers can use internet and mobile technology to increase their revenue.

Standout stats:
–80% of consumers said “Free Shipping” would encourage them to purchase products online,
–62% of consumers say they shop online at least once a month, and
–32% of consumers said the ability to ship multiple versions to choose the best fit would encourage online shopping
