A Letter From our CEO

Ron Bongo

As we ring in the New Year, Corra is privileged to celebrate our 15th anniversary milestone. It’s humbling for me to look back on these years and see just how much this company has grown, and how far we have come.

When Corra began in 2002, ecommerce was not the driving force in retail that it is today. At that time, Corra implemented back-end technology solutions, laying the foundation that has led us down new paths to the intersection of retail and technology. As ecommerce began to emerge as a driving force, we shifted to focus on these cutting-edge technologies that were disrupting retail.

In 2008, Corra began to specialize in ecommerce implementations. As ecommerce grew, so did Corra, and as we refined our processes, our clients enjoyed exceptional growth and we grew again. Today, we have six offices around the globe and clients on four continents. We’ve completed more Magento 2 implementations than any other digital commerce agency in the marketplace. TotalCare, the best support program in the industry, is now 50% of our business. Eight years after beginning this journey, I’m proud to say our people and our processes are the keys to our clients’ success and our success.

Culture is fundamental; our workplace is more than desks, chairs, and computers. We’ve always made it a priority to build a happy, immersive working environment that fosters collaboration and creativity. We hire people who embody our core values, who prize community, craftsmanship, creativity, and commitment. This is what unites us, what drives us, and what allows us to excel in every facet of our craft.

I’m fortunate to work with the passionate people who make this company great, and lay the groundwork that will carry us into the future of commerce. This includes adding new technologies, processes and commerce strategies to our offerings, serving more retailers in the TotalCare program, and continuing to expand our global operations and welcome new clients internationally.

We as a company are fortunate to celebrate 15 years of industry experience, 15 years of excellence, and 15 years of dedication to every client and every project. This year we renew our commitment to be ecommerce leaders, champions for clients, and dedicated colleagues.

Happy New Year!
