Corra is seeking a PMO Manager to join our growing organization. The PMO Manager oversees a team of Project Managers and reports to the Director of PMO. As a PMO Manager you are both a leader and an expert in your field. You serve as an example to the team by leading Corra’s flagship projects as a lead Project Manager, while at the same time you mentor, coach, and pass along your skills & knowledge to your team of Projects Managers. You work with your team to accomplish short and long-term goals, innovate on the delivery process, and achieve successful projects for our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a fast-paced and geographically distributed functional team, serving a large and disparate client base
Maintain and cultivate Corra’s Core Values, culture, and reputation for high quality and excellence within your team
Accountable for hitting key performance metrics for your team, such as Billable and Utilization targets
Train and onboard new hires on your team, and support the Director of PMO with recruiting and hiring
Lead 2-3 flagship projects as a Project Manager; on Scrum based projects serving a key role as Product Owner and/or ScrumMaster
Provide project and client oversight, and review deliverables that your team is responsible for producing
Drive best practices and promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the department
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience managing a multi-person team of Project Managers, Program Managers, Digital Producers or related title
Minimum 5 years experience as a Digital Project Manager or Program Manager
Minimum 3 years experience in an ecommerce agency or client-facing setting and working with a cross-functional team
Experience with an ecommerce platform, preferably Magento Enterprise or Shopify Plus
Well-versed in Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies, and able to suggest the approach that best fits project needs
Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink or other project management tools is preferred
Experience building Project Plans in MS Project or an equivalent software (e.g. Team Gantt)
Experience managing large budgets (both fixed fee and time & materials preferred) with detailed estimates for multi-functional teams
Experience as a ScrumMaster and CSM Certification
Product Owner and CSPO Certification is a preferred
Ability to travel is required for meetings with team members and clients
