Events Marketing Manager

Corra is currently hiring an Events Marketing Manager to join our industry leading team. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Field Enablement and Content and owns Corra’s overall event strategy and execution. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the logistics for all marketing events. We are looking for an individual who can “think outside the box” to help drive and accelerate pipeline from event efforts. This person must be able to work a successful tradeshow, making sure each event leaves prospects and clients with a good impression of Corra’s brand. This role calls for an individual that is extremely organized, detail oriented, extremely creative and has the ability to balance multiple tasks at a time. The Events Marketing Manager is expected to do their due diligence by researching and assessing the market to optimize event strategies. They will also be responsible for understanding and executing effectively on event and tradeshow follow up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and execute successful events including but not limited to industry/platform tradeshows, Corra owned events and webinars.

  • Manage all pre, during, and post event logistics from beginning to end.

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales, field enablement and various executives in order to ensure that all events are successful and that all prospects and clients are receiving an on-brand, best-in-industry experience

  • Manage internal and external communication around all events

  • Work with sales, account directors and the executive team to execute strategic onsite meeting experiences, relationship growth opportunities, and educational workshops to drive product awareness and future revenue opportunities

  • Conduct market, industry and client research to determine an overall event strategy

  • Makes sure each event leaves prospects with a good impression of Corra's brand

  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

  • Manage and track event budgets, expenses, KPI's and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years marketing and event management experience

  • Knowledge on driving successful tradeshows

  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Passionate about your work

  • Proven success in driving leads from event efforts

  • Must be able to own a budget

  • Excellent communication through both verbal and writing skills

  • Ability to take direction

  • Creative and strategic thought process

  • Ability to direct and manage multi people and personalities

  • Ability to multitask

  • Expert follow up skills

  • Familiarity with Imagine by Magento, Adobe Summit and IRCE a plus

  • Prior ecommerce industry knowledge a plus
