What is the MACH Alliance?

The MACH Alliance is a group of software and technology companies working together to promote a flexible and agile approach to commerce ecosystems. MACH stands for Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless, which are the key principles that define the future of commerce solutions. Composable commerce and MACH are not the same thing, but an efficient and functional composable system will utilize MACH principles. 

The goal of the alliance is to help organizations build more agile and adaptable digital ecosystems by adopting the MACH principles.

The MACH Alliance provides guidance and support for companies that are interested in adopting this approach, as well as a certification program to help ensure that products and services meet the MACH standards. The alliance also hosts events and other initiatives to promote the benefits of the MACH approach to a wider audience.
