Product Marketing Manager

Corra is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for defining the market position of our product and service offerings within the context of our overall agency strategy. This means the product marketing manager should be conducting competitor analysis and market research to inform the strategic positioning and future product development of our proprietary offerings. This person will work closely with multiple departments within Corra to understand what our offerings are, how they benefit our clients and how to best leverage them to our competitive advantage. The Product Marketing Manager will own defining the offerings for market understanding and will also serve as an internal advisor on product development. This person will report directly to the Director of Global Strategic Alliances.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and analyzes all aspects of internal product and service offerings, including long- and short-term functionality development and marketing.

  • Analyzes performance of offerings alongside trends and competitors in the marketplace to make analytical decisions on the future of the products and services. Recommends changes to current offerings based on market research and trends.

  • Works with multiple departments within Corra to understand department-specific offerings and what company wide collaboration looks like to make those offerings the best possible. Must possess the ability to immerse oneself into departments outside of your own to fully understand the inner workings, processes, needs, challenges and value propositions of the products those departments manage.

  • Ability to quickly grasp Corra's position and value proposition in the market in order to influence development and position proprietary products and services effectively and successfully.

  • Ability to concisely explain a product/service offering internally and externally. Will work with Content Marketing internally to create collateral that effectively and concisely explains our offerings

  • Works alongside sales team to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies related to the offerings through training and ongoing support

  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from the offerings and requiring coordination with other departments

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a related field within an agency setting

  • Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, no exceptions

  • Experience with design, implementation and customization of ecommerce systems and products. Basic technical knowledge of ecommerce systems required.

  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment

  • Experience working with international teams is highly desirable

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills

  • Must be able to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies

  • Be supremely organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize goals as needed

  • Product/service go-to-market strategy experience

  • Experience with public speaking and presenting. Comfortable in front of an audience.
