Corra is seeking a Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy to help our clients be successful with their own digital transformation efforts. This is a new, executive-level role at Corra reporting to the COO. The Sr. VP of Digital Strategy will establish, lead, and grow a new set of service offerings based around a simple mandate: make Corra an indispensable partner to our clients. To do so, we must directly impact their revenue, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will design and build an industry leading multi-disciplinary and multi-department team; develop and recruit team members including department managers; develop new service offerings for Corra to take to market; and actively collaborate with Corra’s other Delivery departments including Engineering, Design, Solution Strategy, and Project Management to deliver true end-to-end services across the entire digital commerce project life cycle. You will also work closely with Sales and Client Services to support ongoing business development efforts. You must demonstrate a successful track record of building, leading, and motivating a high growth and fast-paced team.


The successful candidate will already have initiated, led, and proven the success of Digital Transformation efforts as an executive at a large national or international brand, no exceptions. Specifically, they will have hands-on leadership experience in the following areas:


  • Multiple examples of operating experience as the head of large ($250M or larger) eCommerce businesses

  • Digital agency experience, either within an agency, or via deep engagement with digital agencies from the client-side

  • Hands on experience developing, rolling out, and operating omni-channel initiatives that include, at a minimum, a mixture of digital and physical retail channels, along with a demonstrated understanding of the business and technological complexity involved in pulling them together;

  • Proven ability to successfully “own the room” and dazzle prospects and clients to secure both Corra’s reputation as a leader in the digital commerce space and new business.


  • Operating responsibility for a large ($250M or larger) eCommerce businesses for a national (or international) consumer brand or retailer

  • Digital agency experience with a strong creative sensibility honed within an agency, or via deep engagement with digital agencies from the client-side

  • Hands on experience developing, rolling out, and operating multi-channel initiatives that include, at a minimum, a mixture of digital and physical retail channels including, but not limited to, complex implementations such as geofencing, endless aisle, mobile POS, buy-anywhere-return-anywhere, reverse logistics, empowered associates, and mobile commerce

  • Experience with other sales channels such as catalogs, direct response, broadcast, etc., is a plus

  • Deep familiarity with all fundamental digital commerce disciplines and methodologies such as SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Tag Management, Product Reviews, Site Search, Site Merchandising, Analytics, UX, A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, Personalization, Email Marketing, Display, and Social Media

  • Proven experience in delivering best-in-class Creative including Branding, Digital Marketing, Physical Marketing, and Content Development

  • Proven ability and drive to continually master new technologies and methodologies. (Examples of once cutting edge trends that quickly became table stakes might include Responsive Design and, more recently, Progressive Web Apps)

  • Proven experience growing and managing multi-disciplinary, multi-department teams in the digital commerce and multi-channel commerce space

  • Experience managing the P&L for complex and rapidly growing businesses

  • Meaningful expertise with a variety of digital technology platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Magento, ATG, Omniture, Adobe Target, Monetate, Google Analytics, Sitecore, etc.

  • Experience helping lead or work as a partner along side enterprise-level technology initiatives with a proven ability to interface between IT and Business

  • Robust program or project management experience

  • Experience with Organizational Change Management driven by the adoption of digital strategies

  • Proven ability to work successfully with offshore development teams

  • Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban

  • Full fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills tested in high profile client settings is required, no exceptions.
