Director of Optimization, Personalization and Analytics

Corra is seeking a dynamic leader to become its Director of Optimization, Personalization and Analytics. We are looking for someone who has at least 5-7 years of experience directly managing multi-person teams at an e-commerce brand or retailer who can both support and grow the team we have, but also serve as an in-house expert on optimization campaign strategy, A/B/Multivariate testing, segmentation, SEO best practices, tag management and journey building. You are an expert in your field. You have a deep understanding of site conversion metrics and tools; you can dazzle a client with insightful recommendations on how to optimize and personalize their site; you provide oversight and input into strategic client roadmaps.

The primary goal of this position is to continue building a world-class professional services team focused on driving client ecommerce success through website Optimization, Personalization, SEO and the sophisticated application of Analytics and Data Science.

As a Director reporting to the VP of Digital Transformation, you will manage a multi-disciplinary team, develop and recruit team members, and actively collaborate with Corra’s other Delivery departments including Engineering, Design, Solution Strategy, and Project Management to deliver true end-to-end services across the entire digital commerce project life cycle. You will also work closely with Sales to support ongoing business development efforts. You must demonstrate a successful track record of building, leading, and motivating a high growth and fast-paced team and delivering successful projects in complex situations.
