Corra is seeking a Solutions Strategist Manager to join our organization. The Solutions Strategist Manager oversees a functional team of Solutions Strategists and reports to the VP of Solutions Strategy. As a Solutions Strategist Manager you are both a leader and an expert in your field. You are a high achiever and have a proven track record for successful project delivery through partnering with business and technology stakeholders to establish and meet the shared vision and goals, driving best practices, and finding innovative and creative solutions to the most complex problems. As a manager, you will challenge and develop your team to have the skills and subject matter expertise that every Solutions Strategist needs to maintain Corra’s reputation for high quality and excellence.


  • Lead, motivate and develop a fast-paced and distributed functional team, serving a large and disparate client base.

  • Maintain and cultivate Corra’s Core Values, culture, and reputation for high quality and excellence within your team.

  • Accountable for hitting key performance metrics for your team, such as Billable and Utilization targets.

  • Train and onboard new hires on your team, and support the VP of Solutions Strategy with recruiting and hiring.

  • Provide project and client oversight, and review deliverables that your team is responsible for producing, such as Functional Specification Documents, User Stories, Use Cases, and Pre-sales Project Scope Worksheets.

  • Maintain department WIKI Knowledge Base, and find ways ways to continually optimize and innovate our processes and documentation templates.

  • Stay up-to-date with the offerings of Corra’s technology Partners and other popular third party extensions and solutions in the industry.

  • Drive best practices and promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the department.

  • Contribute to cross departmental and corporate initiatives, in collaboration with the Director of Solutions Strategy.


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience managing a multi-person team of Solutions Strategists, Business Analysts or related title.

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience as an IT Solutions Strategist, Business Analyst or related title, with at least 2-3 years as Senior or Lead working on Enterprise-level projects.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in an ecommerce agency or client-facing setting and working with a cross-functional team.

  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with an ecommerce platform, preferably Magento Enterprise, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus.

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Technology, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of general principles of open source software, SQL databases, HTML and CSS, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multichannel experiences.

  • Experience with complex system integrations that are crucial to ecommerce success, such as ERP, OMS, payment services, WMS or fulfillment, CMS, CRM and more.

  • Experience working in pre-sales to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) or drafting Project Scope documentation.

  • Well-versed in Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies, and able to suggest the approach that best fits project needs.

  • Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink or other project management tools is preferred.

  • Experience as a Product Owner is a plus.

  • Some travel is required for meetings with team members and clients.
