This role is responsible for leading and managing a cross-functional and cross-geographies team that designs, develops and implements ecommerce websites. The Project Manager will also be playing the Program Manager role leading a cross-functional team on the execution of our managed services offerings such as maintenance activities (post-launch support), roadmap planning & execution (enhancements & other ongoing initiatives), optimization & creative services. Corra is seeking a highly motivated Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization in our NYC or Montclair, NJ office.  The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years technical recruiting experience and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with the recruitment team on the recruitment strategy for Corra as well as provide full life-cycle recruitment globally for all our offices. The primary responsibilities of this role is proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and identifying the ideal candidate for a position within our organization. You will partner with our hiring managers in order to understand their particular organizational hiring needs, drive the recruiting pipeline and provide transparent and consistent updates on recruiting progress.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full life-cycle technical recruiting; source, recruit, review resumes, qualify/interview candidates, recommend initial first round of interviews, and ensure a world-class candidate experience while managing the source-to-offer strategy for each candidate

  • Partner with hiring managers across all departments to determine hiring needs based on business/project projections and budget analysis. Understands key position requirements (i.e. experience, technical knowledge/skill set, technical competencies, etc.) Ensures hiring managers are in compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations

  • Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies, both internally & externally, to identify and attract competitive candidates.  This can be done via LinkedIn, college & external job boards, community network events, referrals, internal employees, online resources, etc.

  • Manage internal interviewing process including screening candidates (by phone and in person), administer appropriate assessments, coordination of interview with hiring manager & key players, following up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status, review interviewers' recommendations and participate in selection/decision-making (hiring) discussions, perform reference checks

Corra is looking for a Senior Magento Developer to join our team. The Senior Magento Developer will work with our project and support teams to provide our clients with high quality development services. They will work with the team on new ecommerce projects, from initial business development and discovery phases through implementation and deployment of the projects. In addition, they will maintain and enhance existing ecommerce websites while adhering to best practices. Preferably an experienced ecommerce professional, the Senior Magento Developer will have a passion for researching and learning the latest digital technologies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Magento experience required

  • Significant PHP experience, including experience building object-oriented websites in PHP

  • Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern, and previous experience developing web applications using this pattern or on existing MVC frameworks

  • Solid experience interacting with MySQL database systems through abstraction layer (in addition to the ability to write raw SQL queries)

Corra is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Strategist to join our organization in New York, New Jersey or Los Angeles. As a Solutions Strategist, you will be a key member of the Delivery team and report to the Director of Solutions Strategy and Vice President of Delivery. You will play a critical role on the Delivery team by driving best practices and finding innovative and creative solutions that are crucial to ecommerce success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert (SME) for the functional capabilities and underlying technical aspects of the ecommerce platforms that Corra specializes in — Magento Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), and Shopify Plus.

  • Help clients design, implement, integrate, and optimize solutions that are crucial to ecommerce success and are proven to increase revenue and produce ROI. The solutions typically built across the ecommerce platform are: ERP, OMS, inventory management, payment services, WMS, fulfillment, CMS, CRM, customer experience solutions, analytics & tracking tools, optimization & personalization tools, and more.

  • Stay up-to-date with the capabilities of Corra’s technology Partners and other innovative third party extensions and solutions in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with the business to establish the shared vision and goals for the work product (i.e., what the project will create, for whom, and why), and ensure that it is communicated and understood by the team.

  • Create and manage a list of required features — the Product Backlog in JIRA — and ensure they are prioritized based on value, size, risk, and other relevant considerations. Progressively decompose and refine the Product Backlog from Sprint to Sprint in response to insights about opportunities, constraints, and risks. Identify candidate stories for future sprints.

  • Work with engineering team and QA to ensure delivery of a work product that meets the requirements and acceptance criteria through ongoing collaboration, leading requirements definition, analysis, documentation, testing the features produced to confirm that they meet the acceptance criteria, drafting release notes, leading required training for the client team, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Create and manage supporting documentation deliverables — User Stories, Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Use Cases, Data Mapping, Workflow Diagrams and more.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, with varying degrees of complexity and business priority, for a single client and across a portfolio of clients.

  • Roadmap Execution — Collaborate with the Corra Client Services team to engage and lead discussions with client stakeholders for long term planning, visioning and road mapping with a focus on increasing revenue and optimizing ROI.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) and create the Project Scope Worksheet (PSW) during the sales cycle, by leading requirements gathering meetings with client stakeholders to identify project requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as an IT Solutions Strategist / Business Analyst / Product Manager or related title, preferably in an agency or client-facing setting and working with a cross-functional team.

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with ecommerce, preferably with an ecommerce platform. We specialize in Magento Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), and Shopify Plus.

  • Must have outstanding communication skills — written, verbal and listening — and be comfortable in facilitating discussions, communicating insights and presenting to internal and client stakeholders.
