Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and analyzes all aspects of internal product and service offerings, including long- and short-term functionality development and marketing.

  • Analyzes performance of offerings alongside trends and competitors in the marketplace to make analytical decisions on the future of the products and services. Recommends changes to current offerings based on market research and trends.

  • Works with multiple departments within Corra to understand department-specific offerings and what company wide collaboration looks like to make those offerings the best possible. Corra is looking for a Resource Manager who will be responsible for managing allocations of professional staff for cross-functional design and development teams. Corra’s Resource Manager effectively and efficiently chooses the right people for the right projects at the right time. This person will work closely with our functional team Directors to both assign work and help us understand future headcount needs. Comprehending how sales forecasts and booked business translate into resource forecasts across multiple departments and disciplines is an essential skill, along with understanding how those forecasts translate into project plans and revenue. The Resource Manager will use various software systems to analyze and optimize team utilization across departments, report on resourcing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure that our staff is the right size for our business at all times. This person will report directly the Director of Resource Management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Resource Management in maintaining a regular cadence of meetings and communications with PMs and other stakeholders to understand resourcing needs across all departments in the company, including international offices

  • Maintain a continually updated view of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing

  • Use Corra’s Mavenlink system (as a hands-on expert) to maintain a current view of all resourcing needs

  • Use Corra’s Mavenlink system to develop detailed reports and analysis on resourcing needs and provide other necessary business intelligence to support staffing and allocation decisions

We are seeking an Art Director who is a true self-starter and can work well in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate a team of visual digital designers. You will also need to undertake hands-on design yourself when needed. You must have a degree in a web-focused Digital Design, Visual Communications or related program. You will either have agency experience, corporate experience or a combination of both. An excellent portfolio of web design projects will be required. As Art Director, you will work closely with our User Experience team to take high fidelity wireframes and usability information and ensure output of beautiful, highly functional visual designs that meet both customer needs and user expectations. Corra is seeking a highly-motivated Account Manager with experience in the ecommerce technology space. The purpose of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with clients and to help them achieve business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships at the executive level – partnering and advocating for them internally. Build relationship to the degree of a trusted advisor with client

  • Manage client escalations and conflict resolution

  • Maintain a detailed pipeline and forecast for each client

  • Assist with roadmap planning, financial tracking, executive reviews and internal planning

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas

  • Discover, cultivate and close new business opportunities within existing accounts

  • Consult clients on ecommerce trends and emerging technologies to drive forward success for their online business

Requirements:

  • 3+ plus years of experience in an Account Management related role selling consulting services.

  • Must have a strong business acumen and an understanding of the ecommerce market to be able to consult clients on business level

  • Experience with the current ecommerce landscape, technologies and trends.

  • Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Center of Excellence and Practice Competencies

  • Provide architectural oversight for new implementation projects and support client’s digital transformation program

  • Ensure adoption of best-in-class practices and standards for development, support, quality control and documentation

  • Grow and manage large group of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developers

  • Create re-usable repositories and frameworks to accelerate delivery

Required Skills:

  • SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Certification is required

  • Strong experience of building enterprise applications and 6+ years implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications for B2B and B2C clients

  • Experience in architecting full-lifecycle implementations of at least 4 projects using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and JEE.

  • Experience implementing all modules of ecommerce (product information, content management, order management, pricing and promotions in both B2B, B2B, B2B2C environments).

  • Experienced in architecting JEE based applications using Spring/OSGi, Hibernate, JMS, REST, SOA, ESB and SSO technologies.

  • Extensive implementation knowledge of Software Design Patterns & multi-threaded Asynchronous Programming Models

  • Experience with complete application development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance and support.

  • Experience in driving development using Agile/Scrum processes

  • Ability to drive complex estimates that take one or more projects into account and to effectively communicate risks and dependencies to client.

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects in a very dynamic environment

Corra is looking for a Senior Magento Developer to join our team. The Senior Magento Developer will work with our project and support teams to provide our clients with high quality development services. They will work with the team on new ecommerce projects, from initial business development and discovery phases through implementation and deployment of the projects. In addition, they will maintain and enhance existing ecommerce websites while adhering to best practices. Preferably an experienced ecommerce professional, the Senior Magento Developer will have a passion for researching and learning the latest digital technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Corra team on new ecommerce projects, from initial business development and discovery phases through implementation and deployment of the completed project

  • Maintain and enhance existing ecommerce websites while adhering to best practices

Requirements

  • Magento experience required

  • Significant PHP experience, including experience building object-oriented websites in PHP

  • Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern, and previous experience developing web applications using this pattern or on existing MVC frameworks

  • Solid experience interacting with MySQL database systems through abstraction layer (in addition to the ability to write raw SQL queries)

  • Experience using PHP to create and consume web services (SOAP, XML-RPC) and/or other experience implementing data integrations within the Magento platform

  • Front-end development experience with strong Javascript skills (including frameworks/libraries such as jQuery) as well as familiarity with accepted CSS and HTML design standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Magento development best practices, including extending existing functionality, creating custom modules, and working with its API

  • Working experience with the ecommerce development process, and the ability to create solutions for common questions/concerns on this type of platform

  • Experience with Zend Framework

  • Understanding of common web analytics suites (Google Analytics, Omniture) and experience implementing these systems
