Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management
    - Manage a complex schedule/calendar for the CRO. This involves more than penciling people into empty spaces. They serve as gatekeeper to all those who request meetings/one-on-one ‘s because there will be far more requests than the calendar will hold
    - Remind the CRO of events on the calendar and take the initiative to make sure she's prepared with the right documents and information
    - Scheduling internal and external meetings; adjustment and prioritization of last-minute changes including logistics such as conference rooms, events, and catering

  • Be the CRO’s right hand person, proactivity be one step ahead of the CRO in thinking, planning & executing

  • Manage logistics of meetings such as scheduling conference rooms, Zoom meetings, and lunch

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert (SME) for the functional capabilities and underlying technical aspects of the ecommerce platforms that Corra specializes in — Magento Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), and Shopify Plus.

  • Help clients design, implement, integrate, and optimize solutions that are crucial to ecommerce success and are proven to increase revenue and produce ROI.
